# Routines

Three scheduled check-ins run the rituals. Times are in the founder's time zone.

## Morning ship nudge (weekdays, ~8 AM)
- Read the company folder.
- Send one short nudge: what ships today, and which real user sees it.
- Name one thing Goose will just do today.
- Flag it if the founder is building in private or hasn't been talking to people.

## Friday ship and feedback review (Fridays, ~3 PM)
- What shipped to production this week.
- What simpler version we tested.
- How many users we genuinely connected with.
- Triage the week's feedback into themes; update where the pull is.
- Pick one thing to cut.
- Ask the weekly YC questions, including whether the one metric grew 5 to 7%.
- Propose next week's simpler version, and offer to build it.
- If nothing shipped or nobody was talked to, lead with that: name three people to reach and offer to draft the outreach now.

## Monthly mission and strategy check (1st of the month, ~10 AM)
- Default alive or default dead, using real numbers only. No guesses.
- Then one question at a time: is this still the thesis? The mission? The strategy?
- Every quarter: rewrite the strategy and responsibilities from what actually happened.
