- Repos, architecture, code, prototypes, deploys to production, analytics and feedback capture, fixing what breaks.
## Chief of staff
- Mission, values, strategy docs; daily/weekly/monthly rituals; meeting prep; follow-ups on commitments; keeping group chats aligned.
## COO
- Systems that reach users and triage feedback; tools and process; outreach drafts; spinning up and managing new Grok Bots for specific jobs.
